What we do

UKSA are a quality focused Business Sustainability Training & Apprenticeship Provider. Operating across all Net Zero cross cutting themes: Digital (including Cyber) Low Carbon, Construction and Green.  As a business we can offer a range of skills training and apprenticeships that are on high demand across all Local Skills Improvement Plans, all under one roof from Level 2 to Level 5.

We work with businesses and individuals to provider work force development strategies and sustainability planning to provide the best route of training and employment, with our focus on ‘Right learner. Right programme’

We pride ourselves in high quality provision with core outcomes at the heart, that take our learners further. With the learner at the heart of all that we do, we work closely together to ensure that the programme design and implementation meets local skills and business workforce development needs and are to the highest standard. All our skills courses and apprenticeships are delivered by sector experts who are occupationally competent within their sector specialism.

Our company values are fundamental and central to everything we do, which drives the ability to deliver high quality apprenticeships and skills training across a range of sustainability sectors. Curriculums are designed with employers, incorporating their key values and principles throughout the apprenticeship journey providing “An agile and responsive skills system that is more aligned to the needs of business and individuals” in line with the Greater Manchester and Lancashire Skills plans.

We offer flexible, distance learning

All our provision will be available for all of our learners. We operate via digital platforms with remote delivery and self-study. All delivery will continue as set out at the start of learning, we deliver via Microsoft Teams, Zoom and our virtual learning platform Zoom.

All learners are expected to continue to learn remotely, as agreed with their delivery tutor and communicate any concerns when necessary.

Support for students with SEND, or without device connectivity or a suitable environment for learning will be agreed on an individual basis. Pre-enrolment plans have already been put in place with all learners already in learning.
