BlueShift Education is an award-winning education company based in London that offers online and in-person coding and robotics classes, after-school clubs, holiday camps, and private tuition for children. Our mission is to empower children to be digital creators by providing engaging, practical, and fun coding classes with small class sizes and expert support for every student.
Role Description
Blueshift is growing quickly and we’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to manage all of our B2C products including camps and private tuition. As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for our sales channels, including our website and our CRM tools. You will also manage team members responsible for marketing and teacher recruitment as well as maintain relationships with our partners.
The successful candidate will have experience in operations and sales. You will also be organised, and able to prioritise. We are a small company and you will be expected to wear a lot of hats. Our mission is to empower students to become future creators of tech, not just consumers and we’re looking for candidates who share our passion for education.

Operations
Day to day management of camps and private tuition
Our camps run every holiday and half term; you will ensure they’re fully staffed and that quality remains high. You’ll also be responsible for P&L for these products.
Management of all communication channels, training of camps manager, preparation for camps, budgeting
Management of camps partner relationships
Manage office (ensure it remains tidy) and all supplies are accounted for
Management and sales
Develop partnerships to grow clubs and camps
Management of sales channels and customer communication platforms including our website and CRM tools
Marketing and sales strategy for camps; you’ll be accountable for camp and private tuition revenue
Financial Management
P&L of product areas: set revenue targets and ensure products remain on target.
Set and manage budgets within Operations team
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
2 years experience working with digital marketing and CRM tools
Financial management and budgeting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in business development and strategy
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
