16-24 TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMME The 3iii’s 16 – 24 Traineeship is an education and training programme incorporating work experience which unlocks the great potential of young people and prepares them for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready’, delivered over a 16-week period. The Programme aims to secure learner progression to a positive outcome as quickly as possible, broadening their horizons and supporting them in securing employment. Age range 16-24
3III’S CONFIDENCE AND MOTIVATION PROGRAMME The 3iii’s Confidence and Motivation programme is designed to promote wellbeing, raising confidence and self-esteem. Friendly sessions delivered 1:1, small group, face to face and remote, to meet the bespoke needs of the Learners. All ages
3III’S ONE STOP JOB SHOP The 3iii’s 15-24 One Stop Job Shop programme is a fantastic opportunity to create and enhance your C.V and covering letter, learn new interview skills and techniques, identify, search and apply for current vacancies and much more. The programme has a minimum of 7 hours and is delivered either 1 to 1 or in a small group and can be provided either remotely or face to face. The program will be tailored to the bespoke needs of each individual learner. Age range 15 -24
